Healthy Eating Habits
Look at the picture and write 10 sentences using should, shouldn't, have to, must.
For example: We should avoid using butter excessively since it is bad for our health.
You should use healthy oils because it doesn´t have much fats. You shouldn´t eat French fries because they have a lot of fats. You should eat plenty of fruits of all colors You have to exercise thirty minutes a day to be healthy. You must drink milk because it has calcium. You must drink water to hydrate you. You shouldn’t eat a lot of sweets to protect your teeth. You shouldn´t sit in front of the tv for long hours. If you aren´t fit enough, you should join a gym. You have to relax at least one day a week.
You should drink 2 L of water per day. You shouldn’t eat sweets every day. You should eat fruit for example bananas and oranges. You should eat vegetables because they are healthy such as potatoes. You shouldn’t eat a lot of butter because it has bad fats. You should eat whole grains because they have proteins. You should eat pasta and cereal because they give us energy. You should do exercise about 30 minutes per day. Green vegetables are very good so should eat them. You mustn’t consume drugs because they destroyed your health and mental state.
We should eat vegetables because they contain vitamins that give you energy. We must drink water to be healthy. We mustn’t smoke if we want to breath properly. We don’t have to drink alcohol if we want to be healthy. We should practice sport to be fit. We shouldn’t consume fats in vast quantities. We have to drink two liters of water every day. We don’t have to sit in front of the computer too much hours. We mustn’t consume drugs because they’re bad for our body and brain. We should sleep at least eight hours.
